A winning combination of flavours, ginger, chilli, honey with a hint of lime. Fantastic on a cheese platter, try it with prawns, add a couple of spoonfuls to your favourite rissole or hamburger mix, makes great chicken rissoles, Add a couple of spoonfuls to a mug of boiling water for a lovely hot toddy to clear the winter chills away, and if you are feeling a bit decadent add some whisky or brandy to it.
