Our slowly reduced caramelised balsamic vinegar, with a hint of chilli, a fabulous addition to any salad dressing, great with steaks, drizzle some over strawberries and serve with yoghurt or cream. Add a couple of spoonfuls to your favourite roast or steamed vegetables. Great as either a savoury or sweet addition to many dishes.
