Piri-piri chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients

500 grams of Chicken thigh fillet

2 table spoons of The spice Factory Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Marinate the chicken with 2 table spoons of Smoked Peri Peri spice blend.

cook it in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side

ADD

150 mL Thickened cream

½ Cup of Chicken stock

Simmer 4 - 5 minutes

Serve with chips and salad.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100 mL).
